Rishi holds a masters degree in International Business from the University of sydney. He ventured into manufacturing of shot blasting abrasives in the year 2009. He believes CHANGE is the only constant thing and continuous improvisation is the success mantra. In a span of 12 years, he ensured that his company is leading the shot blasting and shot peening industry.
